The platform offers multiple subscription tiers designed to accommodate different levels of research needs.

Each plan defines limits for:

  • Monthly simulation quota.
  • Maximum sample size.
  • Questions per survey.
  • History visibility.
  • Geography access.
  • Feature availability.

Plans can be subscribed to on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans include a discounted rate.

Free

Designed for exploration and basic testing.

Includes:

  • 3 simulations per month
  • Up to 300 sample size
  • Up to 5 questions per survey
  • 3 simulations visible in History
  • Limited geography access (selected regions; country or capital-level only)

The Free plan does not include:

  • CSV or PDF exports
  • Add-ons
  • Advanced segmentation
  • Extra survey packs

Starter

Designed for light professional use.

Includes:

  • 20 simulations per month
  • Up to 900 sample size
  • Up to 8 questions per survey
  • 5 simulations visible in History
  • Limited geography access
  • CSV and PDF exports
  • Access to add-ons

Pro

Designed for structured research workflows.

Includes:

  • 100 simulations per month
  • Up to 1200 sample size
  • Up to 10 questions per survey
  • 15 simulations visible in History
  • Unlimited geography access
  • CSV and PDF exports
  • Advanced audience segmentation
  • Access to add-ons
  • Ability to purchase extra survey packs

Advanced

Designed for high-volume research and extended analysis.

Includes:

  • 400 simulations per month
  • Up to 3000 sample size
  • Up to 12 questions per survey
  • 100 simulations visible in History
  • Unlimited geography access
  • CSV and PDF exports
  • Advanced audience segmentation
  • Qualitative analysis included
  • Extended History included
  • Access to extra survey packs

Monthly vs Annual Plans

All paid plans are available as:

  • Monthly subscription.
  • Annual subscription (discounted).

Annual plans:

  • Provide a reduced effective monthly rate.
  • Maintain the same feature access.
  • Reset simulation quota monthly.

Simulation quotas always reset per month, even under annual billing.

Geography Access

Plans define geography access as either Limited or Unlimited.

Limited geography allows selection from:

  • North America
  • Central America
  • South America
  • Europe
  • Australia
  • Japan
  • Country-level or capital-level only

Unlimited geography allows selection of:

  • Any country worldwide
  • State or province level (where available)
  • City level
  • Custom city entry

Unlimited geography enables the system to generate contextual models for any specified location.

Simulation Quota

Each plan includes a fixed number of simulations per month.

When the monthly quota is exhausted:

  • You cannot run additional simulations unless you purchase extra survey packs (Pro and Advanced only).
  • Quota resets at the start of the next billing cycle.

Monthly quota is separate from History visibility.

History Visibility

Plans define how many survey simulations are visible in your History page.

When the visibility limit is reached:

  • Only the most recent simulations are shown.
  • Older simulations are hidden but not immediately deleted.

Visibility limits do not affect your ability to create new simulations.
