Extra Survey Packs

Each pack provides a fixed number of additional survey simulations.

Available pack sizes include:

• 10 simulations
• 25 simulations
• 50 simulations

Purchased simulations are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.

Simulation consumption follows a defined order:

1. Your monthly plan quota is used first.
2. Once the monthly quota is exhausted, purchased pack simulations are used automatically.

You do not need to manually select which simulations to consume.

The system always prioritizes monthly quota before using pack credits.

Purchased survey packs do not expire.

They remain available in your account until fully used.

However, plan eligibility rules apply (see below).

Extra Survey Packs are only supported on Pro and Advanced plans.

If you downgrade to:

• Starter
• Free

Any unused pack simulations will be permanently removed.

Before confirming such a downgrade, the system displays a clear warning explaining:

• That unused pack simulations will be lost.
• That the downgrade cannot be reversed to recover those packs.

If you later upgrade again, previously forfeited packs are not restored.

When upgrading between eligible plans (for example, Pro to Advanced):

• Remaining pack simulations remain available.

When downgrading within eligible plans (for example, Advanced to Pro):

• Remaining pack simulations remain available.

Only downgrades to non-eligible plans (Starter or Free) result in pack loss.

Your Subscription page displays:

• Remaining monthly simulations.
• Remaining pack simulations (if applicable).

If pack simulations are present, a visual indicator distinguishes them from monthly quota.

Extra Survey Packs are useful for:

• High-volume short-term research.
• Project-based spikes in simulation usage.
• Intensive iterative modeling within a limited time window.

They provide flexibility without requiring a permanent plan upgrade.
