Add-ons
Add-ons allow you to extend specific capabilities of your subscription plan.
Add-ons are billed according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) and activate immediately upon purchase.
Some add-ons are included in higher-tier plans.
Add-ons apply independently and can be activated or canceled individually.
Qualitative Analysis
The Qualitative Analysis add-on generates structured interpretive insights based on your simulated survey results.
When enabled for a simulation, it produces:
- Summary
- Key Insights
- Implications
- Potential Risks
You may optionally provide an analysis objective to guide the interpretation. If left empty, the system generates a general analysis.
Availability
Available for Starter and Pro plans.
Included in the Advanced plan.
Important Notes
- Qualitative Analysis applies only to simulations created after activation.
- It does not retroactively add analysis to previously completed simulations.
Extended Survey History
The Extended Survey History add-on increases the number of simulations visible in your Simulation History page.
Each plan has a default History visibility limit. Extended History expands that limit.
Plan-Specific Effects
- Starter: increases visibility from 5 to 10 simulations.
- Pro: increases visibility from 15 to 50 simulations.
- Advanced: already includes extended visibility.
Retroactive Visibility
When Extended History is activated:
- Previously hidden simulations may become visible again (up to the new visibility limit).
- No new simulations need to be created for this to take effect.
Extra Questions
The Extra Questions add-on increases the maximum number of questions allowed per survey simulation.
Plan-Specific Effects
- Starter: increases from 8 to 10 questions.
- Pro: increases from 10 to 15 questions.
- Advanced: increases from 12 to 20 questions.
Important Notes
- Extra Questions applies only to simulations created after activation.
- It does not retroactively modify previously completed simulations.
Activation and Cancellation
When you activate an add-on:
- It becomes available immediately.
- Charges are prorated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
- The full add-on price is applied at the next billing cycle.
When you cancel an add-on:
- It remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- It will not renew in the next billing cycle.
Add-ons do not affect existing completed simulations unless explicitly stated (as with Extended History visibility).
